Watch out for Thinky, Giggles, Snug and Sparky, popping up on your TVs in our new Mindful Monsters TV advert. The Mindful Monsters can be found on ITV, Channel 4, Nick Junior, Tiny Pop, Milkshake throughout January, giving you a healthy dose of mindfulness this new year. Here’s a sneak preview of the TV ad:
Mindful Monsters is a fun way to support Scope, the disability equality charity. Each month, you donate £7.50 to support disabled children and their families get the best start in life. In return, you get seven exciting family activity cards, delivered straight to your door. All the activities are designed to support mindfulness in children and are suitable for kids of all ages (even big kids like you)!
Why not kick start the new year with mindfulness to support your child’s mental wellbeing? Mindfulness is growing in popularity and has been adopted by health organisations, schools and workplaces to increase emotional resilience. Experts say kids who can manage their own emotions do better and an early introduction to mindfulness can really help.
Use the activities to turn potential tantrum triggers – like bedtime – into magic moments together. The Mindful Monsters want to give your kids essential life skills. In turn, your donations support parents to give their disabled children the best start in life.
There are 84 cards to collect over 12 months. And once your collection is complete, we hope you will continue to support disabled people and their families with your ongoing donation to Scope.
